RETURN POLICY
We offer a 7-day return policy for non-quality issues. If there is no quality problem with the item and you simply do not wish to keep it, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To prevent secondary damage during transit, please ensure that products being returned for repair or exchange are packaged securely in a foam box and wrapped with protective materials like bubble wrap or foam padding, paying particular attention to safeguarding the screen and any protruding plastic bezels. To avoid or prevent unnecessary conflicts in the trade, please ensure that you return the complete device along with its accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc., without scratching the screen or plastic frame. Our after-sales team will register and inspect your return upon receipt.
WARRANTY POLICY
We provide a 1-year warranty on our products. Within this period, should you experience any non-artificial quality issues, we will offer free repair or replacement services.
The warranty does not cover the following:
1. Damage resulting from accidental drops or intentional misuse.
2. Damage caused by incorrect installation or improper operation, such as incorrect plug connections leading to voltage overload, failure to start, or damage to the motherboard or screen.
3. Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, fires) or other force majeure events (e.g., floods, lightning strikes).
4. Damage caused by liquids or chemical substances entering the product.
REFUNDS POLICY
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if there are no issues with the returned item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days after we receive your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
RETURN SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
For returns not related to product quality issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We will cover any customs duties incurred when the returned package enters China.
NO RESTOCKING FEES
We don't impose any restocking fees on returned products. Your satisfaction matters most, and we want to make the return process as straightforward as possible for you.
